A space to be heard - and start making sense of this phase of life
I’m currently gathering real, lived experiences from women navigating midlife.
Not the surface version. The real version.
What’s shifting. What feels off. What no longer fits. What you’re quietly carrying… even if you haven’t said it out loud yet.
These are 20–30 minute listening conversations.
A space where you can speak openly, and feel genuinely seen and heard in what you’re experiencing.
Because when you finally have the space to say things out loud, something begins to shift.
Women often leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening to them… and a sense that maybe this isn’t something to fear or push through.
This call is not a quick fix. And it’s not therapy or medical advice.
These conversations are for women who can feel that something deeper is shifting, and are ready to start understanding it, rather than ignoring it or waiting for it to pass.
As we talk, I may reflect back patterns I’m hearing or help you make sense of what you’re experiencing in a more grounded, structured way.
Not everyone is in the same place.
For some women, this conversation is enough to clarify their next step.
For others, there may be a deeper level of work that would support them. And if that’s the case, I’ll share what that could look like.
There’s no expectation.
Just an honest conversation about where you are…and what this phase of life may be asking of you.
